Eligibility
Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
How to start a return
Log in to your account, navigate to Orders, and select the item you wish to return. Follow the prompts to generate a free return label.
Refund timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return, we process refunds within 3–5 business days. Funds appear in your account within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Non-returnable items
Perishable goods, digital downloads, customised products, and items marked "final sale" are not eligible for return.
Exchanges
We do not process exchanges directly. To exchange an item, return the original and place a new order for the desired product.
